Post pesach meal ideas

Personally, after Pesach I am done with heavy beef, lamb, veal, turkey and chicken fill in the blank if In missed something.

Now all I want to enjoy (besides the midnight pizza run tradition) is a bagel with either tuna or cream cheese and lox with a fresh feta salad.

So this is my favorite classic cream cheese and lox bagel: a toasted bagel from your local kosher bagel shop with cream cheese spread, sliced red onion, sliced steak tomato, and pastrami lox yum.

For the tuna bagel, albacore tuna in water mashed with mayo and seasoned either charif (Yeminite hot stuff sauce) or with garlic, paprika and black pepper for a little kick.
Slice of muenster cheese and top it with a lightly boiled egg, optional sliced steak tomato or Persian cucumber.
