“We had to do a few things differently to produce a crunchier, thicker, and addictively flavorful potato chip. To begin with, we’re fortunate to have excellent soil on the North Fork of Long Island, so our potatoes have a field-fresh sweetness to them. For a more meaty potato flavor, we always cut them twice as thick. The potatoes are then “kettle-cooked,” which makes them extra crispy. Finally, we only use real sunflower oil and salt in our cooking. There’s nothing else.”
