Raw – Before Placing Into The Oven

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the ribs
  2. Spray some olive oil over the ribs
  3. Mix All the seasoning and sprinkle over the ribs
  4. Massage the spices into the ribs, and add more olive oil if needed.
  5. Place the ribs in a ziplock bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-4 hours (it won’t damage the meat if you leave it longer).
  6. Preheat the oven to 250 Fahrenheit or 120 Celsius
  7. Place the ribs in a foil pouch; see instructions here on how to How Make a Foil Pouch (need to be sealed real tight, so steam does not leak out)
  8. Bake at the center rack of your oven for Four (4) hours. Check on it after the three & half-hour mark.
  9. When the cross-cut short ribs or Dino Ribs are completed to your liking, drain off the extra fat into a dish or pyrex so you can enjoy it as a gravy over rice, mashed potato, quinoa, or any other sides that you prefer.
  10. Pat the ribs with the preferred amount of Char-B-Que sauce (BBQ).
  11. Broil on low till the sauce is sticky. (this may not take lengthy so preserve a watch on it)
  12. Serve warm and enjoy with your side dishes; we made mashed potato and sauteed green beans my favorite combo
