Hailing from a dynasty of food enthusiasts, Yang was surrounded by recipes, tastings, and food debates all his life. A graduate of the Great Culinary School and winner of numerous food contests, Marc knows how to elevate the plate. He experiments on his own when he’s not working his magic in the Mandarin kitchen.
